If you are having problems with objects not displaying animations in the game, although they are shown in Nifskope, there is an easy way to fix this.
1.Open the object's .xml file.
2. look for the <BFPhysObj> tag.
3. Add this line into it: <BFForceUpdateWhenVisibleComponent />
